HOW IS IT DONE?
We use a variety of procedures and products to enhance your natural beauty and correct any disfigurement you may be concerned about. Below is a list of the specific treatments we provide at our medical offices. To learn more about any of our cutting-edge aesthetic procedures by clicking on the treatments below:
I AM READY!
First. You will have a consultation with our nurse. At this meeting you will learn about the various options available to you.  The nurse will discuss every step with you and describe what you may experience and approximately how long the treatment or procedure will take.  You will complete medical and skin typing forms, express your concerns and ask questions.  You will learn the cost of the treatment(s) or procedure(s).  Once you have decided to establish an appointment for your treatment or procedure, you will then complete a consent form.  Also, with your consent we will take a private “before” photo for your chart.
Second, On the day of your treatment or procedure, Dr. Bruner will examine your face and/or your body and make a medical assessment. Once again, the medical aesthetician or nurse will explain what is going to take place, what you may experience and how long the treatment or procedure should take. If necessary, a home skincare program will be discussed and any questions you may have will be answered. Everyone, including Dr. Bruner will ensure that you are comfortable with your decision.

Lastly. Follow-up visits are vital. We want to track your skin’s or body’s response, make any necessary improvements and just see how excited you are about your enhancement. Private “after” photos may be taken so you can witness the results for yourself.

Wrinkle Reduction

Are you tired of looking angry or unapproachable, when you’re not? Years of squinting, concentrating, or frowning can cause your skin to furrow and crease. As time passes, your skin becomes less elastic and those frown lines between your brows and around your eyes remain. Here are some products that may assist in treating those areas.

  • Botox® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles to temporarily treat moderate to severe lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines), lines on the forehead and lines around the eyes (crows feet).

  • Dysport® (abobotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription injection providing temporary improvement in the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines).

  • Xeomin® (incobotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines). Xeomin® has a short effect duration.

Injectable Dermal Fillers

Injectable dermal fillers are excellent for easing the appearance of deep lines and wrinkles. Injectable fillers are used to treat and enhance nasolabial folds, chin wrinkles, smile lines, pre-jowl and marionette lines, increasing volume loss in the cheeks and plumping lips. Some fillers can stimulate collagen production and last up to a year. The beauty of fillers is the immediate results seen after the actual treatment.

mesotherapy

Are you frustrated with the appearance of cellulite? Is there any way to get rid of it? There is a cellulite treatment that actually works to improve the appearance of embarrassing and unsightly cellulite. It is called Mesotherapy.

Mesotherapy is a vast improvement over other treatments such as liposuction. Mesotherapy is a non-surgical procedure that does not require hospital admission, general anesthesia, or a long recovery. Mesotherapy involves injecting minute quantities of traditional medication, homeopathic medication, and vitamins into the mesoderm, or middle layer, of the skin, acting as a “medicinal bullet” that is delivered directly to a target area.

Mesotherapy is a medical procedure that allows patients a non-invasive remedy to a variety of skin conditions, including:

  • Cellulite

  • Unwanted fat

  • Excessive skin or double chin

Results from the treatments vary based on your body type and the condition being treated. On average, patients notice visible improvement in two to three sessions. In some instances, patients see results after the first session.
